FirstRoot, Inc. is a Benefit Corporation that provides a software application designed to support students in deciding how to invest real money in their school through a process known as ‘Participatory Budgeting’.

Participatory Budgeting is an exciting process that promotes financial literacy, civics, and design thinking.

The FirstRoot application requires personal identifying information for your student consisting of first name, last name, and an email address.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), FirstRoot requests your consent to provide and use personal identifying information for your student consisting of first name, last name, and an email address.

Please note that we take your student’s safety and privacy very seriously. We will not sell your child’s information to any third party. We will not share it with any advertiser.
